Your Health and Your Hair

When you go to a doctor with chest pain, joint pain, panting or others, you are told that you are not working your body parts properly and exercise and walking is the need of the hour. You will also be frightened that your condition may lead to some chronic heart diseases, Diabetics etc. But when we see our hair falls abnormally and breaks at the end etc. we take it normally. But the reason for various health problems and hair fall is one and the same and it all relates improper blood circulation. Your hair is barometer of your general health. Lackluster Hair and your Physical Condition:

Sleeping patterns and the health of your hair

Your sleeping pattern and the hair loss and brittleness of your hair is evenly associated. If you are a work hose and thing that you do not have time to sleep you are not going to look great. The sleep gives time for our body part to rejuvenate and get ready to work properly to keep us hale and healthy. As machines our body also needs rest from the strain of constant work. Just because you are in bed for six hours daily does not mean that you are getting the amount of sleep you need. You need good and deep sleep at least for 4 to 6 hours daily depending upon your body condition and your work schedule.

Your Diet and your Hair

Protein, Vitamins and minerals are always essential parts of our diet to keep our selves healthy and energetic. It is the same to keep our hair growing and healthy. Always choose a balanced diet, Vitamin E is proven to be good for the health of your hair. Fruits, leafy vegetables should be at least 50% of your diet. Avoid Fat, Amino Acids in your diet.
